Slit-film woven, monofilament and composite constructions, including HF105 fabric with nominal 105 / 105 kN/m tensile properties and tubes up to 15 m circumference × 30 m length.
Technical selection
Choose by solids and application, compare fabric properties, confirm dimensions and assess conditioning through representative trials.
Project quality
Define materials, seams, ports, inspection, traceability, handling and release documents in the approved project scope.
Supply across Africa
Provide location, programme, quantity and drawings so fabrication, logistics and any testing or site support can be quoted together.
African manufacture, stock and project supply
FlowTex manufactures in South Africa and holds stock for immediate supply. Confirm grade, dimensions, quantity and destination for stock allocation. Custom fabrication and delivery dates are quoted for the actual order. Eligible export orders may benefit from preferential customs duty, subject to origin and destination requirements.

Are FlowTex dewatering bags and tubes available from stock?
FlowTex holds stock for immediate supply. Ask for the available grade, dimensions and quantity; allocation is confirmed for the order. Custom dimensions or a different construction require a fabrication programme. Dispatch readiness and delivery time are confirmed separately.
What should I provide for a firm technical quotation?
Send the application, wet volume or flow, solids concentration and measurement basis, particle information, chemistry, filtrate target, dimensions, quantity, destination and required date. Identify any loaded handling requirement.
How is the fabric choice confirmed?
Compare published grade properties with representative slurry trials and the fabricated assembly requirements. The supplied construction, filling limits and handling arrangement are agreed for the actual project.
