Immediate stock availability
Ask for available bags and tubes by grade, dimensions and quantity. Stocked items can be supplied without waiting for a new fabrication run. Availability is confirmed when the order is allocated; stock levels and specifications vary.
Shorter procurement lead times
Local stock and South African fabrication can reduce dependence on overseas finished-product shipments. For custom tubes, the programme includes material availability, drawing approval, fabrication, inspection and dispatch. Confirm the actual lead time in the quotation.
Immediate dispatch is not same-day arrival
Collection readiness, transport, border clearance, delivery location and site access determine arrival. Provide the country, town or mine, required date, delivery terms and any unloading or access restrictions.
Zero or reduced import duty where eligible
Some intra-African shipments may qualify for zero or reduced customs duty under the applicable trade arrangement. The destination, tariff classification, product-specific origin rule and required proof of origin determine eligibility. South African fabrication does not automatically establish preferential origin.
Plan landed cost before ordering
Ask for an itemised quotation identifying goods, freight and the agreed delivery basis. Preferential customs duty does not by itself remove import VAT, other taxes, clearance charges or transport costs. Confirm destination requirements with the appointed clearing agent.
Make the quotation decision-ready
Send material/application, wet volume or flow, solids concentration, candidate grade, dimensions, quantity, destination and required date. We will confirm the available stock or fabrication route and the next technical checks.
Zambia, Botswana, DRC and Mozambique enquiries
Include the consignee location, required arrival date, delivery terms, border/clearing arrangements and site access. Confirm route and transit estimate for the actual shipment; a country name alone does not establish delivery time or duty eligibility.

Are FlowTex dewatering bags and tubes available from stock?
FlowTex holds stock for immediate supply. Ask for the available grade, dimensions and quantity; allocation is confirmed for the order. Custom dimensions or a different construction require a fabrication programme. Dispatch readiness and delivery time are confirmed separately.
Will my shipment qualify for zero or reduced import duty?
Eligibility depends on the destination, applicable trade arrangement, tariff classification, product-specific origin rule and required documentation. South African manufacture alone is not a guarantee. Confirm the intended shipment with the clearing agent; import VAT and other charges may still apply.
Does immediate stock mean immediate delivery anywhere in Africa?
No. Stock can remove the fabrication wait, but allocation, packing, transport, clearance and site access determine arrival. Confirm dispatch readiness and the delivery programme for the destination.
